Does my token expire?

Yes; online enrollment tokens are only valid for 30 days. Check your confirmation email or contact our support team (1.800.710.1934 or support@certifixlivescan.com) to see if your token has expired. Our support team can also assist you with a refund if your token expired before you were able to redeem it.
