Can I complete the online enrollment if I need live scan for a state other than California?

No; the online enrollment process is currently only valid for California live scans. You must have a Live Scan Request Form with an ORI code to complete the enrollment. Only ORI codes beginning with "A" or "CA" are currently accepted.
